Models:

Companies can migrate directly and completely from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors HCM.

You can run SAP HCM in an SAP S/4HANA runtime environment with a HANA database and supplement it with modules from SuccessFactors, as certain functions are no longer available after this migration.

You choose a step-by-step transition with a hybrid model from SAP HCM to SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors HCM (for example, with Success Factors Employee Central as the master data system and SAP Payroll and SAP Time Management).

Maintenance expiring: Time to take action!

Companies must take action and address the further development of their HCM system landscape, as main maintenance for SAP HCM will expire on December 31, 2027 (or at the end of 2030 with extended maintenance).
