This is Svenja

Svenja works at the reception desk at GAMBIT. Together with her colleagues, she is the first point of contact for everyone who walks through the doors of the Troisdorf office. As a front office agent, Svenja handles a variety of different tasks, including organizing events and creating weekly schedules.

As an employee, there is no question that you can't ask Svenja and her team. And even if she can't answer a question - Svenja definitely knows where to get the answer.

From sales to reception

Before joining GAMBIT, Svenja worked in sales for several years. When she came across the reception position, she immediately recognized herself and her skills - and is glad she made the move.

Communication is everything

“We complement each other really well at reception,” says Svenja about her colleagues. What helps them work together is the good communication between them. “No matter what happens - we can talk about everything.”

A sporty start to the day

When Svenja is on early shift, her alarm clock rings at five o'clock. Then she goes for a jog. Apart from sport, Svenja likes to spend time with her partner, her dog and shopping.
