Stan is Trainee in internal IT, which is managed by Marcel Wipprecht. As a prospective IT specialist, he specializes in system integration and actively supports internal IT.

Always something new

There are so many different topics to work on in IT that it can quickly become overwhelming. But Stan is fascinated by the variety and is glad that he never gets bored.

Different perspectives

Only those who listen to each other have the opportunity to discover new perspectives. For Stan, this is essential in order to learn and face new challenges.

Open, honest, open to criticism

Being honest with each other is important to Stan. Even if it is sometimes difficult: no one should feel uncomfortable giving or receiving criticism. This is the only way to create room for improvement and new ideas.

Diverse interests

Stan also has a wide range of interests outside the office. Whether outside with the dog, in the gym or on the couch with an exciting non-fiction book - learning and trying out new things is his hobby!
