Jiajia's tasks

Jiajia Huang heads the Finance and Controlling team internally at GAMBIT. She is responsible for coordinating employees in areas such as accounting, invoicing and payroll. Jiajia places particular emphasis on controlling and reporting.

Clear view of the goal

Jiajia believes that one thing is particularly important for successful collaboration: clarity in communication. If the task is clear to everyone, then the goal is usually within reach.

Working at eye level

Respectful interaction within the team is essential for Jiajia, but not a given. That's why she tries to set a good example - and always treats her colleagues as equals.

Building on strengths

Nobody has to be able to do everything perfectly. In Jiajia's opinion, it makes much more sense to build on the different strengths of the individual team members. That way, her colleagues can complement each other.

Celebrating team spirit

How do you create team spirit? Jiajia focuses on spending time together and eating well, for example by baking waffles together in the office. It strengthens the stomach - and the team spirit!
