Managing Director of GAMBIT Solutions GmbH in Austria

Ulrich began his professional career in 1999 at msg systems AG in Vienna.

This was followed by positions at SAP Austria and, from 2008, at ConVista, where he helped establish and expand the Austrian branch – most recently with around 60 employees.

In recent years, he served as Managing Director of ConVista Consulting GmbH Austria and as Managing Partner of ConVista Consulting AG.

Since May 2025, Ulrich has been Managing Director of GAMBIT in Austria.

Responsible for Finance, Controlling, Tax, Legal, HCM and IT.

Michael studied law at the University of Bayreuth and began his professional career in 1996 at Warth & Klein Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft mbH in Düsseldorf as an attorney for corporate and commercial law with a focus on transaction and restructuring consulting. In 2001 he moved to GAMBIT where he was initially responsible for Tax/Legal and Administrative Management. Since 2015 he has been managing director of GAMBIT.
